Immediately upon contract award, HR Manager meets with the Client to review the steps proposed for an effective transition, which encompass the following topics:
In executing the first priority, the identified incumbent staff that the CLIENT wishes to retain is contacted no later than Day 2 of the transition period to schedule interviews and present NS SERVICES's compensation and benefits package. NS SERVICES will ensure that the compensation of the staff aligns or is better than what they are currently making. In the event selected incumbent staff do not wish to transition to NS SERVICES, we offer a short-term consultant agreement so that the incumbent staff may work with NS SERVICES's proposed staff during the transition period. The CLIENT will have the opportunity to interview and accept or reject the staff proposed by NS SERVICES based on a screening process where the CLIENT may review his or her resume and engage in an in-person or phone interview. If there are issues of non-compete agreements signed by incumbent staff with their company, we request a CEO to CEO meeting and invite the CLIENT to attend in an attempt to work through these issues and ensure the smoothest transition possible.
